By accessing or using QuickTap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our game.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickTap ("the Game"), a reaction time testing application owned and operated by QuickTap ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Game.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By playing QuickTap, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms. You acknowledge that participation in the prize contest is voluntary.
2. Prize Contest Details
QuickTap is running a limited-time contest offering cash prizes to the first eligible players to achieve the following verified reaction times:
- $100 for the first player to achieve a verified 0.01ms reaction time
- $50 for the first player to achieve a verified 0.02ms reaction time
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These reaction times represent the absolute fastest possible measurements achievable through the QuickTap system. While these times are theoretically possible within the game's measurement system, they are far beyond human physiological capability (average human reaction time is 200-250ms). Any claim of achieving these times must be verified through our official verification process.
3. Prize Verification Process
To claim a prize, players must:
- Achieve the required reaction time in a standard game session
- Submit a video recording of the entire session showing the game interface, your hands, and the full process
- Allow us to verify the authenticity of the attempt through our independent verification process
- Provide valid payment information for prize delivery
Verification Standard: All prize claims will be subject to rigorous verification to ensure the attempt was conducted fairly and without manipulation. We reserve the right to reject any claim that appears to have been achieved through technical manipulation, hacking, or other non-human means.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools to manipulate reaction times
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game code
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
- Attempt to access server infrastructure or backend systems
- Distribute modified versions of the Game
- Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Submit false or fraudulent verification materials
- Attempt to claim prizes through non-human means
CONSEQUENCES: Violations may result in permanent banning from the Game, disqualification from the prize contest, and potential legal action for fraud. All prize claims must be achieved through legitimate human performance.
5. Prize Payment
Prizes will be paid via:
- Electronic transfer (PayPal, Venmo, or similar service)
- Within 14 business days of verification
- After completion of all required verification procedures
TAX RESPONSIBILITY: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with prize winnings. QuickTap will not be responsible for tax withholding or reporting unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
6. Data Storage & Security
QuickTap stores minimal data locally on your device using browser storage to track your personal best times. For prize verification purposes, we may temporarily store:
- Reaction time measurements
- Video submissions for verification
- Payment information for verified winners
All verification data will be deleted after 90 days unless required for legal purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in QuickTap—including but not limited to graphics, logos, game mechanics, code, text, and design elements—is owned by QuickTap and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our Game without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- QuickTap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game
- We are not responsible for device damage, data loss, or performance issues
- Maximum liability for any claim related to QuickTap is limited to the value of the prizes offered
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel the prize contest at any time
9. Contest Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the prize contest at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Technical issues affecting the integrity of the contest
- Discovery of widespread manipulation attempts
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- After both prizes have been claimed
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of QuickTap after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
